However, due to the unique nature of our products, our turnaround time is usually about one month and is not guaranteed.

When a customer places an order with us, we immediately begin the process of creating their custom pet figurine. This involves collecting photographs of the pet, sculpting the figurine, and painting it to match the pet's colors and markings.

Once the figurine is complete, we carefully package it to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. We then ship it to the customer using a reliable shipping method. While we do our best to expedite the shipping process, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
